Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page implements the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and equivalent rights under the privacy laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Montana, Oregon, and other U.S. states.
1. Summary — We Do Not Sell or Share
SpaceMD does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA. We also do not engage in targeted advertising or profiling for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. The categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the recipients are described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Submit a Request Anyway
You may still submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request, including via an authorized agent. We will record it and confirm it has been honoured.
- By email: privacy@spacemd.ai with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share — [your account email]".
- From within the app: open and turn off analytics and any future advertising categories.
We respond within 15 business days (CCPA) or 45 days (other state laws), whichever is shorter. We do not require you to create an account to submit a request, and we will not deny service or charge a different price because you exercised these rights (CCPA §1798.125).
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
SpaceMD honours Global Privacy Control browser signals as a valid opt-out request from the browser sending the signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for the duration of your visit, in line with guidance from the California Attorney General and the Colorado Attorney General.
